Public bicycles

Providing public bicycles is a way of combining the rapid transport which local public transport systems offer with the spot-on access to destinations which cycling offers. This is a way of making local public transport systems more attractive and thus more competitive vis-à-vis car use. The Climate Alliance is looking for cities and districts interested in setting up pilot systems using a novel, flexible rental technology.
