Cities investing in energy efficiency and renewable energy sources are the drivers of economic recovery! Resolution of the Climate Alliance General Assembly 2010 regarding the According to the declaration of the European Commission regarding the allocation of unspent funds from the European Economic Recovery Plan, these funds should be used for financing projects in the area of energy efficiency and renewable energy sources. To underline the role of local authorities for economic recovery, Climate Alliance members have voted unanimously for this resolution during the General Assembly 2010.
